| The following work is performed while preparing the budget: |
- Assisting organizers with a detailed meeting budget, delegate registration fee, VAT registration and implementation of financial controls.
- Setting up the meeting bank account, receiving and recording income.
- Seeking of sponsorship and/or underwriting from funding sources.
- Paying of invoices from other service providers for the meeting.
- Preparing a report on financial status and thereafter preparing a post conference financial report.
